Stage 2 Torque Cam
Only reason I'm kinda thinking about a dyno run (when I do the Torque cam) with the neutered tuner is I have the full HD exhaust system, so there might be a little more to be had at WOT and some decent improvements at part throttle.
VE front and rear- +/- 4% in closed loop area, +/- 10% every where else.
Spark Advance- +/- 3% most of the closed loop area, and up to +/-6% elsewhere.
Throttle Progressiveness completely adjustable.
Rev limit from 4K to 6400.
Limited? Yes, but; if you're using all the recommended components, it's mostly adequate, leaves the warranty intact, & keeps the EPA/DOT/MOCO happy, etc.
I have the program and believe Me,I can adjust spark advance ,up or down!
You can get way more out of a tuner that does not limit your changes to fit with in EPA rules. Many cams require more change than that fully realize their potential.
You can take any harley Stage kit tuned with the harley tuner and re tune with say a TTS and get more HP and more torque by a good amount.
A stock 107 bike and a stage 1 going from the neutered tuner to a full tuner isn't going to give 10hp & 10 torque or whatever a good amount is. I don't see it happening with a stage 2 either, but obviously inches closer. Now, a stage 3-4 or more, it's more plausible or even possible (haven't dealt with a stage 3-4 yet). The last few bikes (103 HO's) I've had that I went from a stage 1 download to a complete dyno tune using the old HD race tuner. It netted 3-4hp & 5-7 torque IIRC. This was peak numbers btw. So neutered tuner to full tuner would be even less than that.
The above is of course using HD parts. The neutered tuner isn't meant to be used with aftermarket parts.

Okay, if you say. I will go by actual dyno charts posted by reputable tuners.
Also 3% of timing change is not much, and not enough to take full advantage of even the HD epa approved performance cams. Especially when you cant add enough fuel either.
I have seen a Stock CVO, 2018 only thing done was a tune with a TTS tuner.
100% stock bike is 93 hp and 112 torque. Tuned with TTS, nothing else it was 97 HP and 114 torgue. So leaves no doubt with exhaust, compression and cam there is more to pick up. HD has to keep it in EPA standards which chokes a bike.
