Keep the leather maintained with the saddle cream <insert joke here>. Makes it soft <insert another joke here>.
The Corbin Saddle Cream also helps the stitching keep water out. Mine actually held water in small pools when it got rained on once. I figured the seat was ssoaked inside. I wiped the seat down afterward and rode home. My *** was dry upon arriving home. I guess the saddle cream did its job.
Ive been debating ordering a classic solo in leather or vinyl as well. Im leaning towards vinyl myself as it tends to hold its shape better. Ive had my C&C seat in Mercedes vinyl since 2012 and it looks as good as the day I bought it. Never complained of it being too hot or uncomfortable and never said to myself that I wish it were leather. Most of the used Corbins that Ive seen in leather have the wrinkled worn look to them, JMO. Ill also be ordering the heated version!

A lot of people won't take the 15 minutes that it takes to condition the leather on their seat. Do it two or three times a year and it will stay in perfect condition.
