Clutch issue?
I've had it looked at a couple times, always the same "couldn't duplicate the issue."
Anyone else here have this issue?

There is a procedure in the manual, But there may be an issue somewhere for the air in the system to start with? Is you fluid Low, if so find the leak.

I installed a Baker Attitude Adjuster in my '15 Limited the day I bought it and the chain was guitar-string tight (cold) when I took the cover off to install it. It had the exact same symptoms that you describe while I was riding it from the dealership to my shop and they disappeared permanently after the Baker unit was installed.

I installed mine the day I bought the bike and after adjusting it 1 "notch" at the 1000 mile service, it's never even needed to be adjusted again. Worth every penny. If you're enrolled with Amazon Prime, you can get it shipped for free, too.
One thing I found through trial and error is that plain ol' Formula+ lube in the primary results in the quietest operation. Any lube is probably fine, but the formula+ is the quietest and it's recommended by Baker, anyway.
Disclaimer: I'm not affiliated with Baker in any way, just a fan of their top quality American Made products that just simply work from the get-go with no excuses or any other form of BS (unlike so many MoCo products)!
While you're at it, you might want to pump about a quart of high quality DOT 3 fluid through the hydro-clutch system. My bike had the "clutch master cylinder recall issue" and doing that fixed mine permanently without having to let a dealer "tech" touch it - which I would have never done, anyway, regardless.
