If you're in the market for a new touring bike and not prejudice about brand then check out the new Goldwing.
This new bike is awesome in every way you can think of! There in NOTHING coming out of Milwaukee in comparison and can be had for less than what a new Ultra limited cost.
It's really worth a test drive and if you do make sure its with the 7 speed automatic, awesome!

In my case, the ergos make them pretty much un-usable for me but that's the only thing that's stopped me from owning one.
