I have to look it up again, but believe my bike to be Vivid Black. The painted version of that lower fairing is 57100168dh, which costs about $270 at Ronnie's or $254 at Surdyke. RIP thanks for the link to a microfiche. Got a service manual. Don't have a parts manual.
Another option may be to use aftermarket. These are copies of course but they are vivid black and cheap. Would leave you with a spare.
You'd swap the twin-cooling guts from your system into this one since all you're really after is the outer shell anyway. Not saying this is the way I would go, but you never know. Could work.

Have hardly even looked inside the "radiator" area of the lowers except to check level occasionally. Wonder how close to matching my existing color and design those are? Would be about $150 in savings.
In hindsight, I am thinking this damage may be related to hitting a deer on the way to work several months ago. I remember it popping the cover off of the lower fairing (where there used to be a glove box). But checked the bike pretty thoroughly after I got to work and found no damage. No sign of the damage signs.
EDIT: did go ahead and ordered it from Surdyke. Used some of my Harley card points to cut costs. A week or more out.

Reason: EXTRA:
Read through the appropriate section of the service manual last night. It indicates I can swap out the lower fairing without opening the coolant system. That would be nice. However, at 3 years old, probably time to drain and replace the coolant.
Received my lower fairing. Waiting to get my truck out of the body shop before replacing it in the event I screw up and can't ride the bike to work. Based on some of my experience working on my bikes, that is a possibility. Gotta go to the dealership this afternoon to put in an order for new FOB and barrel key. One of mine fell out of my pocket coming home from work yesterday and was ran over. Did not discover it until I had pulled into the post office and turned off the engine - "honey can you bring me extra keys to the Harley." Did not feel like messing with the code on a 95 degree day in a parking lot. While at the dealership, may go ahead and pick up their coolant.
Was not a bad job. Took care of it in about 45 minutes or so. Was quoted $200 for the labor component and about $300 for the part by my closest HD dealer. I spent less than $200 on the part.
Hope it stays on (:
