Thumbs up Kudos to Custom Dynamics!!

Hi all,

Just wanted to let everyone know what a great company Custom Dynamics is. I've been converting all my lighting to LED with them. So far I've purchased a Probeam headlight and a Probeam taillight. They're awesome. Recently I bought front LED turn signals inserts from a fellow forum member. Well, after two weeks, one of the inserts wouldn't light up as far as a running light. The turn signal part worked. I communicated with Custom Dynamics and let them know. Got in touch with Barry and he had me take some pictures of what wasn't working and had me do a little diagnostic test. I told them that I didn't purchase from them and they still honored the lifetime warranty and will ship out a new turn signal insert. Because I wasn't the original purchaser, they could have told me, tough luck, sorry. I just felt like they went above and beyond. Thank you Custom Dynamics! I will definitely be finishing my conversion with your products.

I completely agree that Custom Dynamics is a great company to deal with. On my 2017 Limited I installed a Custom Dynamics Fender Tip Lamp. One day when I washing the bike I noticed the lens was missing. I called Custom Dynamics... They asked for a picture... And sent me a new lamp immediately.

I've used their products on my three current bikes and one that I sold....

The few times I've needed customer service, they have been excellent to work with.....

Had bought a mini-beast 2 from them a few years back but sold the bike it was on. Wanted to buy one for my new bike but was disappointed to find that CD had discontinued the mini-beasts. Anyone know why? Anyone have a suggestion for a good air horn? Thanks.

Default Same Experience - Great Company!

I just had a similar experience with Custom Dynamics. We don’t always have a good story to tell after dealing with a parts/accessory vendor, so I also feel compelled to share. As a disclaimer, I have no affiliation with Custom Dynamics, and this was my first time dealing with them.

I purchased a used 2014 Ultra last year and it had an LED windshield trim mounted on the fairing. The LEDs light up white when the lights are on and half of them turn amber when you use the turn signals. When I bought the bike, I noticed a few of the white lights were out, but the amber turn lights worked fine. I lived with it for a while, but it was annoying me that some of the white lights were out, so I researched the lights online and determined that they were made by Custom Dynamics. I called the Custom Dynamics main number and after a short discussion I was told that a technician would call me back to get more details. I received that call within ˝ hour, and the Tech asked that I send him some pictures, which I did. Within a couple of hours, a receipt was sent to me in email saying that a new LED windshield trim strip was being sent to me at ZERO ($0) cost, because their products have a lifetime warranty on LED failure! ! I received it in 2 days, on a Sunday, and the new trim is very nicely improved from the old trim that had failed. Custom Dynamics aren’t the cheapest on the block, but they definitely stand behind

their product and have top notch Customer Service!

Should start your own thread for a search on that question, good luck.
