Tour pack vibration question

So I upgraded from 08 sg w a sissy bar to a 14 uc
took the wife for the first ride today and she loved it but is saying the factory tour pack vibrates.
very odd. Any ideas?
this is only the third time I rode the bike and I love it

Sounds like something loose back there. Start with the mounts to the frame, tour pak bolts to mount, is the top securely latching closed, are the passengers back rest bolts tight.

That’s a good idea. I was thinking possibly tire out of balance but your ideas are easier and cheaper

Is it the factory solid mount or quick detach version ? If its the detach version there are the hard rubber interface mounts which are cam like in shape, and you can adjust them to reduce loose fit.
