Harley Ride Planner works fine on IPad with Safari.
Thanks, I do have an older IPad and I tried to download the Ride Planner app on it but it says I need a newer version ot their IOS (? if that's what it's called) and it doesn't give me the option to update to that newer version.
to have a commercial web site down for over a week is unthinkable
Ha! They don't seem to give a ****. Neither my wife nor I have been able to look at our wish lists on their site since b4 Christmas. And I sent them messages, got 0 response. Good luck motivating anyone on their end to care...
No, not having any luck yet. But your problem is exactly the same as the one I'm having. Just curious, what are you using as your internet browser? I've been using Chrome, I wonder if that's the problem. I'm also using an older Toshiba laptop, formerly Windows 7 but upgraded to Windows 10 a couple of years ago.
Hi,Thanks for answering I have used Harley ride planner many times without a problem but this problem has only just appeared,I am using Google Chrome on PC windows 10 but I have tried other browsers on the PC same problem,I can open my saved routes on my Samsung tablet and they show without problem which also has Goole browser,Thanks.

I use the Safari browser to access the ride planner and store my rides in their cloud.
I just created 6 hour ride for this Saturday. Got it done & saved, but what a pain. It is really haywire & slow. I had hit the "undo" icon quite a few times. Be interesting to see how it works on the Boom after I upload it. iPad was too hard for my big fingers & I like using a mouse with my laptop.
Just recently I have been unable to zoom in/out using the mouse wheel. Have tried on two computers and with a different mouse, no luck. Any suggestions?

^^This. Me too. It's been intermittent though. It works sometimes, and I don't know what I did to make it work. LOL.

Thanks for the update, please let us know how it works out. I agree about the mouse, much easier and I've never been an Apple guy anyway, only reason I have the IPad is because my Brother gave it to me. Good luck on the rides...
