Don't know about that price but you could call other dealerships in your area and see what they get. Not to sure I'd be happy with an invoice that didn't say what, besides an oil change, they had done for that price. This is why so many do there own work Buzz, but you know that. Sorry man but you need to find an Indy in your area and quit getting hosed.
Jump right on that deal. Bet it even comes with free coffee while you wait.
Ok Smitty, a bit of sarcasm there?

Right. Think is ee stoPPies, I only allow Graham at THIS 1 location to touch my bike. Been 1 1/2 decades. He does superior work and I am 100% confident in him. Getting hosed a bit? Likely. ---> But worth the peace of mind. <--- 'just don't know if it is still reasonable.
Besides the oil change, it is the total 45K service. I know people don't think ALL the stuff in the book is done for the 45K mile service but knowing Graham, it was. Or F'n close to it. I can post the things they do for the 45K mile service if u like.
Three hours to remove and replace three drain plugs, remove and replace one oil filter, and fill three holes? As if that tech was not working on several other fluid services at the same time?
If a tech truly consumed three hours to service three holes he could only service 2.67 bikes per day and that is utter nonsense. I guess we have to pay to watch all the fluids drain out.
I love HD but this sort of nonsense drives me crazy...
I was recently quoted $500 for dino oil and $600 for Syn 3 on a ’22 Glide. 5k service (one hole), and they are not the expensive “in town” dealer.
$400 at a highly reputable indi/dyno shop here.
I ordered a dino oil kit from HD and did it myself. Again. I have an FSM and do the other things I see fit, besides open the master cylinders. Just not gonna do that on a bike this new unnecessarily.
Made a mess as usual, that half a roll of paper towels corrected.

Where do you get three drain plugs? They only changed engine oil (they charged for a total of 5 quarts of 20W-50, no trans fluid or primary fluid, and only 1drain plug O-ring).
You missed the part about them doing the 45k service as well though.

You are correct - Sorry about that and thank you for correcting me. Again I am used to TC which only needs ~3.2 quarts with filter.
I sure wish we would segregate TC from M8 here. I guess the EVO guys had to adjust too...
