2016 HD Road Glide Special-VINERR code
Bought the same battery. Filled with the acid & place it back into the bike & plugged into tender for about 3 hours until fully charge. Tried to clear codes... nothing. When I search the DTC's mode codes from the SPDO-Y
U0100,U0100,U0121,U0140,U184. Bike won't let me clear any of the codes. Any suggestions?!
2nd, charge the battery with a battery charger, not the tender and try again.
3rd, post this in the touring section where you’ll get all the help you could possibly ask for.

I agree with the above.... charge the battery overnight with an actual charger, not a tender.....
All those codes are communication codes. I suspect that when you replaced the battery, and moved the ECM out of the way, something was changed with the main connector to the ECM/BCM/battery.
I would go back through and check every connector you had to touch and/or move during the battery install... This is both battery cables (pos & neg, especially the neg at the frame) and the connectors to any module moved. I would disconnect the modules, check for clean/bent pins, then reconnect them making sure each pin is fully seated and making good contact. I would also check the wires to the connectors looking for chafing, breaks, or signs of a wire that got separated inside the wire insulation.
It is not unusual to get multiple and random codes when the bike's 12v source (your battery) is weak. However, once the 12V source is reestablished, you should be able to clear the codes and move on....
