The Agitator wheels and rotors you have on your ride are quite a special with their 7-bolt mounting pattern. Actually it's an accessory item still available for order but was installed stock to some CVO models through 11-14 model years.
There were other 7-bolt wheels offered like Chisel or Slicer with special rotors for them. Also Arlen Ness and Galfer make a 7-bolt rotors.
That really helps. Now it makes sense. I bought some take off wheels back in 15 and came with rotors. I bought the polished ones and recently sold the bike. I have a real decent pair I would like to go to someone else. I have a 22 SGS now with 5 bolt rotors so I can't use these anymore

Just to be clear...7 bolt rotors are still used on current 2023 bikes. My 2020 Road Glide Limited has them, as do the current 2023 Limited's (RG & Ultra).

Sadly my 2021 Ultra also has 7 bolt rotors. Good luck finding oversized floating rotors if you were considering them.
