Hello, have 2020 ultra limited, never had issue with coolant, get it flushed every 2 yrs. I went out and checked level completely empty, I regularly check, haven't road in a month due to colder than normal temps lately. I looked no leaks anywhere all hoses attached, I filled up looks like level went down slightly, there is no codes and no temp lights, anyone else see this thanks.

Check you oil dipstick. If you are getting any water in the oil, it will start to look like a milkshake. Obviously the water is going somewhere, hopefully it's not going into the crank case. I would also drain the oil and replace it. If it's leaking to the crack case but you haven't run it, water will settle to the bottom as water is heavier than oil. If it's a combustion chamber leak, the engine could be burning it, but that doesn't explain the loss of water while sitting. So it might be a good idea to pull a plug from each cylinder and crank it over. That will prevent you from hydro locking the engine if there is water in either or both cylinders.

Maybe they forgot to put the coolant back in after the last flush.

The coolant passages are just in the head around the exhaust valves. The only way for coolant to come close to mixing with oil would be a severely cracked head…and you’d notice that. This isn’t a water cooled motor with coolant all throughout the cylinders, and passing through the head gasket.
