Thumbs up

I've dealt with Parts Giant numerous times. Never had an issue. You will be very happy with the gauges. I love mine!

I had no problems doing my gauge installation (Road Glide), but I seem to recall using a variety of 1/4" extensions (wobble and regular) plus bit tips. Easy to lose a screw into the black hole of a front fairing, so care is advised. I'd suggest starting early in the day so you can run for tools or whatever if needed. A bright headlamp is a real help too.

I like the looks of the gauges also. I have a question: I also have RDS system on the bike, will this show the light for the hill hold or the traction control & TPMS? What if i sold the bike a year or 2 later & want to put my regular Harley gauges back in, how will the speedometer show the correct mileage?

I honestly have never looked at the gauges to verify Hill Assist....I get that confirmation thru haptic feedback (vibration) at the brake lever. The left main gauge does show the Traction Control (TC) light. The gauges can and do show tire pressures as relayed by the bike's BCM. I have tire pressures set to show constantly when the ignition and gauges are on. One quick glance at any speed lets me know my pressures via bright led numbers.

If you try to replace the stock gauges later they will definitely not show the correct actual miles on the bike. To my knowledge there is no way to legally reset them, even at a dealer.

Are they Plug and Play? Or Plug and Pray?

My modification budget looks to be getting an update soon.

Thanks.

Lol....Definitely plug and PLAY. If you want the DD gauge odometer to show the correct miles on your bike you'll have to calibrate it to agree with the last mile reading on your current odometer. Not hard to do at all. Next comes calibrating the DD gauges to recognize all 6 gears correctly. Again...easy and just follow the procedure. Maybe the hardest (but not hard at all really) part is understanding how to process thru the gauge settings options. This allows you to custom select what info you want to display at all times and where in each gauge you want to see it. Once you get it done you'll likely never want to change it to any extent. The various color selections are easy to accomplish via a phone app.
