Handlebar swap
I changed my handlebars today, and after everything was back together, I went for a ride to check everything out. It all seems to work fine but now the check engine light and security light both stay on while the bike is running. Any ideas what I did wrong?

I did not, but I did try pulling it after I saw the light in hopes that doing so might clear it.
I cleared the codes but I'm not longer able to pull up my tpms data.

It is very common. I installed six set of bars over the years and had codes every time. Especially if you turned the ignition on without something hooked up.
Just clear them and you should be good to go.
