I bought 2020 and it’s been the best of them all with one (personal taste) exception, that being the 18” wheels. Makes the right a slight bit more firm than the older 16” wheels. Other than that, I love it. I’m sure you will as well.

Yeah I noticed that with the change from my 2010 Ultra Classic to my 2023 Ultra Limited. I really liked the older air suspension. Made it easy to adjust for a passenger without taking the bags loose. I guess the trade off is the 23 model handled a LOT better. I did find the highway ride a lot harsher though. I swapped out the rear shocks for RDS and it really helped.
