Pigtail help?
second on looks like a boogie lights power, but could be a phone charger.
I believe the 3-pin connector is for the US version... but I'm not sure.
HD offered a "Global" battery charger in 2004. It could charge at 1.25amps or 5amps.
It was compatible with both the HD 2-Pin cable and 3-Pin cable.
It would charge @ 1.25amps with a 2-pin cable and automatically charge at 5amps with the 3-pin cable. The cables were interchangeable with a 2 or 3 pin source.
Here is the Global charger from the 2009 Parts & Accessories Catalog:
Here is a close-up of it's output cable. If you look close, you can see the 2nd positive pin at the end of the arrow. It is a blade, more than a pin.
Here are the ends to the 2-pin and 3-pin connectors.
As the ad says, the cables are interchangeable between 3 or 2 pin cables. I believe they only made this charger for about 5 or 6 years.
I forget the year, but HD switched to the ambidextrous 3-pin cable, and never looked back...
