I am trying to update my Harley Nav's maps. I have a 2020 Ultra Limited. I've downloaded the Naviextras Toolbox oton my PC and onto a laptop. I followed the instructions to create a fingerprint file from my bike onto a flash drive, which was done successfully. BUT... NaviExtras won't recognize the flash drive. I've tried it on two different FAT 32 flashdrives, and tried both flash drives in both computers in multiple USB ports on each computer. Every time, Naviextrasa says "no device recognized." I have rebooted. I have confirmed the fingerprint file is on the flashdrive. I have done everything the NaviExtras site says to do to solve the issue, with no luck. And this same computer and flash drive successfully update my 2015 CVO back in the spring of 2020.
Both devices are Windows 11 (in 2020 the PC was Windows 10), but NaviExtras says that's not a problem.
Does anyone know what's going on, and better yet... how to fix it??? HELP!
Thanks in advance!

Do you have the black Toolbox showing on the screen? If so, you have to use the erase cache button on the tool box to get it to show the current options of maps for you. It is NOT a consumer friendly piece of software.

It doesn't even get that far. No black tool box. It refuses to recognize the flash stick. Two computers. Two flash drives. Two usb ports per computer. The software refuses to recognize either flash stick on either port on either computer.

Try this - take the 32 flash drive, put it in your computer and reformat it.
Then, take it to the bike to upload the fingerprint.
