You're not missing a lot... it's plastic and embossed with a bar & shield. I swear they were leather back in the mid '90's. Your might want to ask the dealer about it.

I added a picture of the HD billfold in my post #7 of this thread. It's actually pretty nice for what it is. Not cheesy looking at all.
Yea, I got a nifty little faux leather billfold thingy. It fits nicely with a few other things in the large zippered pocket at the back of the Limited Tour-Pak.
Same thing I got with my Ultra. They have furnished that same folder for at least the last 20 yrs or so.
