Yes, I was trying to be helpful. The dealers are supposed to give new owners an orientation to all the features & operation of the new bike, It seemed pretty obvious to me that his dealer didn't do that for him, There's much more to be learned by that orientation than just how to turn up the volume on the radio.
BTW - I can be an a$$ but when I am, there will be no question.

I see you also have a good sense of humor! Problem I had with the dealer was I knew more about the system, than they did. Pleased you didn't get offended by my comment.
