Default Using iPhone for Nav

If I were to use my iPhone with a handlebar mount and I were to use the voice navigating turn by turn instructions with Bluetooth pairing, would the voice from the iPhone come through the infotainment system and turn down the radio when it was giving directions? I'm hoping so because I really prefer the iPhones Nav.

If you are playing music either stored in your phone or streaming from Pandora/Iheart Radio/Itunes/etc through the Boom radio, the phone will pause the music and provide the nav directions and then go back to what it was doing. I am not aware of a way to get the phone to pause music coming from the radio/usb device (not being played through the phone) for nav.

Both my GPS on the Harley and the iphone linked in the truck allows the phone gps to mute the radio. Try it out and let us know.
