I can use my Galaxy phone and stream the music via Bluetooth. I get drop outs at time though.
Not sure if the problem is on the bike or phone end (likely software related). I haven't had any drops that I've heard. Another option is to just plug the phone in and you'll be charging simultaneously. On short jaunts I usually just use the bluetooth, but on longer rides I usually plug it in, especially if I'm streaming something like Pandora.

I just put a 16gig thumb drive on the front USB. The screen now shows a pic of the cd cover and the fidelity is much better. Rock n Roll.
Another option would be load all your music onto the memory card in your phone and then plug your phone into the Jukebox. Your phone would then act like a thumb drive and still charge.
That's fine if the phone (Note 3) fit in the jukebox.
You can also get a flash drive usb adapter to fit your type of memory card. Put your card in the adapter and plug it into the usb plug on the bike. I use 1 GB micro SD cards and put different type of music on each card. I got a small wallet to which holds 6 SD cards and when I feel like a change of music I just change the card. a 1GB card hold approx. 170 songs which can last all day.

Make sure you are using an authentic cable if it is an iPhone. A majority of the cheap import cables do not work properly. The 30 pin connectors seem to work pretty well, but the lightning connectors not so much.
Standard iphone 30p cable is a PITA to stuff in there - I bought an off brand 3" long cable, it works fine and charges the phone and is easy to fit in there.
