Default Instrument cluster glass?

Is there a way to remove the glass from the instruments from the front or does the fairing have to be removed and go in thru the backside and remove each gauge?

I’m quite certain you will have to remove the gauges from the fairing to do it.

I believe the gauge lens is integrated into the gauge itself and held in place with ring/bezel.

Are you wanting to clean up the runs on the inside of the glass? If so, don’t worry because H-D is working on a solution…going on 9 years! 😐

I guess I'll be pulling the fairing back off tomorrow and tackle this project!

This is quite a bit more involved than you may think ... As others have mentioned if ever there was a "They all ( almost all ) do that" this would be it ... There are several videos on how to get the glass out of the gauge but it it very involved and odds are it will do it again ... I'm kind of OCD but I just learned to live with it ... Every HD I have owned has done it :<(
