Default 2014 SGS or ultra

More bang and value for the buck apples for apples , Can take off what you don't need, until a trip. After a few add on to the Gide . Price is the same

Not sure if you are asking a question or making a statement, but I had the same thoughts when I bought mine. It was actually cheaper for me to get the Ultra with the Tour Pack Q/D instead of the SGS and adding it. Unlike some folks, I actually like the look of the lowers, too. Everything else I have done is stuff that I would have done regardless of what I got.

If you actually tour with the thing, even solo, you cant beat the Ultra.
