Look back to the thread “2018 breakout headlight upgrade” you posted in. I showed a diagram of the current breakout top mount bracket that looked like it would be pretty difficult to adapt to another style. Again, unless the lower tree had a surface a traditional mounting block could be installed. Which may require disassembly and drilling to mount.

When I first bought mine I thought about this. But the look of the stock headlight has grown on me, and it works wonderfully, so I dropped it from my mod list.
