Default Vibration.....Continued

2019 Heritage
I posted a couple of weeks ago about my vibration issue. Around 2400 rpms it starts to vibrate pretty bad and at around 3000 rpms and up you don't even want to be on it. This is my 23rd bike in 45 years and my 4th Harley and I have never had a bike do this. I am almost positive it is engine/frame related because it does the same thing whether it's riding 75 mph or parked in neutral and rev'd up and does it with or without the windshield. In the last few weeks I've read about every post on this site about vibrations. I have an appointment to take it in to the dealer in a couple of days and even though it has less than 200 miles on it, I know, as suggested in my previous post that breaking it in will not help.....there is something not right. My dealer checked it out 3-4 weeks ago and did admit that it was worse than most others. If they can't find out what's causing it, what's my recourse? Am I correct in assuming that if two Heritage's are equipped the same they should perform the same? I've also read about aftermarket parts might be the issue. Here is what has been done to the bike. Any input would be appreciated.

10" Twin Peaks
Ventilator, Vance Hines Twin Slash and tuner
Willie G floorboards and rear pegs
Get-a-Grips
Corbin Solo seat (but does it with factory seat)

Harley could deny warranty over the pipes. They for sure will if it's not an SE tuner.

It is an SE tuner and the dealer had installed the pipes new before they put it on the floor

Should be good to go. I would definitely get it looked at there is something wrong there. My 18 is very smooth for a solid mounted motor.

Is the vibration felt in the handlebars, pegs and seat?
My 107 Low Rider is all in the bars, but the pegs and seat are very smooth. I have carpal tunnel, tendonitis and arthritis in the hands (machinist) and I think the tiniest amount of the wrong kind of vibration sets me off. The twin counterbalanced M8 traded the high amplitude low frequency vibes we were all used to with Harley's for a new kind of high frequency low amplitude vibration. Some guys don't even notice it but some of us find it a problem. If I don't keep my lowrider, this will be the reason.

No vibes on my 114... at least that I've ever noticed.

Could be the balance shafts are out of time.

My 2018 Heritage 114 has very little vibration. I get right hand (only) numbness but it's due to arthritis and chronic golfers elbow. I suspect the Twin Peaks handlebars.

I think the general tolerances for the weight of the balanced components and gear tooth indexing are not very tight, just a hunch. If it were misassbled, it would shake a lot. Mine doesn't shake, the mirrors are mostly clear, most would think it's pretty smooth. But when you have hand issues, that little bit that gets to the grips can be a problem.
