Default M8 Vicla

Looking for inspiration to build my heritage into a cholo bike

Anyone else done this already?

I've seen a few on the Facebook group, looking for a few more references

If you would be so kind as to list the parts list as well, that'll be appreciated guys

Bassani has a nice set of true dual fishtails that fit the new Heritage. Loud as hell, but seem fun. I think they go as long as 39”. That and some curves apes and you’re on your way.

Rims and air ride, the shock that is on is currently comfortable, but sits high?

True, although you’d be removing the best shock Harley has ever put on a bike, but you gotta do what you gotta do. Eventually look into some stretched fenders and either lose the saddle bags, or get matched stretched hard cases.

Then just add paint and chrome...or stay blacked out for something different.

Thunderbike has build a couple really nice Heritage's, they usually list some of the parts used in each of their builds. May get some inspiration if you browse their custom bike's page.

Thunderbike does crazy cool stuff. They fab their own parts which are expensive, but you get what you pay for. I don’t know why there’s nobody in the US offering these mods, or at least a local reseller/distributor of their parts. Great stuff. Their leather folks Spirit Leather do great work also. Killer combo.

I believe there are aftermarket adapter kits that let you mount the stock touring hard bags to the Heritage. Then you just have to buy a set of HD stretched bags.

I also believe Bad Dad sells stretched fenders and matching bags, but not sure they’ve come out with fitment for the M8 Heritage.

None of these options are cheap and will require new exhaust systems to fit.
