I had the same issue and noticed it from day one, and it took over a month to get it corrected. When I bought the bike, the dealer installed a shorter progressive shock to lower the bike for me. So when I brought the bike in, they assumed that it was the shock. So sitting around for hours, all they did was make some adjustments on the shock., didn't even check the balance, and I had mentioned that this is happing on other bikes. So that was trip 1. On trip 2, this time left the bike and a week later they exhausted all other options and finally ordered new tires. Come to find out, that Harley had changed the part numbers on the tires, meaning there was a change/improvement. Another week and a half later the tires come in. Now the bounce was gone, but there was a shutter in the front wheel now, and this is with the updated tires. Sooooo the third tire was ordered, and yes, that took almost a week! Finally after over a month later, I finally picked my bike up and all is good in the world! No more bounce!!!

For reference, can you provide the latest part number for the tires the dealer installed on your bike? Any additional info from the dealer on what was updated in regards to the tire?
I have a 2020 FXLRS and I also have the same problem. However, my dealer cannot find the problem and refuses to replace the tire under warranty. Would you have the name and contact details of your dealership that solved your problem.
Thanks in advance and a big thank you for your post!

hi Im in New Zealand so might be different over here, personally I would buy better tyres anyway I wouldnt want that same rubbish tyres replaced same as the rear
I've had my bike for about 6 weeks or so and have 1300 miles on it. Ever since day-1 I felt as though the front end has a bounce to it in pretty much all speeds and over all types of roads... Not vibration, but a steady bounce as if I'm constantly hitting cracks in the road or strips in the road.
Before anyone says it's the road, let's squash that right now...Ive ridden 1300 miles on countless types of roads and it's definitely NOT the road what so ever and happens on all road types and pretty much any speed over 30 mph. I've also ridden on freshly paved roads and still get the same steady bounce.
At my 1k Service the dealer tech performed a road test and did in fact state he felt the same bounce I was describing. The dealer performed a speed balance on the front wheel and did add a very small wheel weight. The issue is that they could not retest the bike after the service as it was raining and company policy prohibits a road test when it's raining. The dealer stated it was the first 2020 LRS they had in for the 1k service and honestly didn't have other experience with the 2020 LRS's front end to make a comparison. I had no choice but to take the bike home at that point...and still noticed a slight bounce even after the tire rebalance on the ride home. (also dealer was 2 and half hrs away and I needed to ride the bike back home that same day no matter what)
My question is....for the 2020 FXLRS owners, do you notice any bounce at all with this front end or is your bike dead rock solid and smooth?
Could my tire have had a flat spot since day-1, could my rim have a flat spot, could an adjustment be off on the front end?

I just bought the 2024 low rider st and I have a hop front end starting at 45. They balanced the tire, said it was out. It still bounces, so they ordered a tire. Ill have it installed Monday but I am not sure that is the problem... also noticed front suspension is tight. It barely moved with pushed down like it is overloaded
