Yes I do have abs. I do not have any spacer between the wheel and the rotor but I am running Lyndall rotors so they don't have the little buttons to interfere with the wheel. I also have a small spacer between the ABS sensor and the brake mount arm. The brake caliper is slightly inboard compared to where it normally sits but it still catches the little shelf on the swing arm.

Thanks for the info, I’m wondering if the ABS will be effected if we machine a spacer between the bearing and sensor, I take it your pulley side spacer didn’t need modifying.

None of the spacers are the same dimension as the stock ones. I have three spacers now. One on each side like it is stock and then one in between the ABS sensor and the brake arm. If you put a spacer between the sensor and the wheel bearing it will not work. You need to have the sensor directly against the bearing.

Thanks, I’ll look at removing the spacer behind the disc and set up with the sensor on the bearing.

Well worth the effort, as an FYI the spacer on the pulley side Is 8mm shorter than the original, depending on how much you machine off the cushion drive will determine the width of the 2 new spacers on the brake side.
