Looks great, and you've convinced me the Mustang Vintage will look great despite not having the matching studs. I have one on my Sportster and am interested in replacing the stock seat with a quality one. One question, with the risers did you swap out any cables?
I was planning on going to black fat spoke wheels in the same size to maintain the Heritage look but I think I’m ok with the stock ones with the blacked out hub cap or “dog bowl”

Mustang seat works well for me
As others have said a 3.5 inch riser install can be done with existing cables. The brake cable has plenty of slack but the clutch is snug even after some rerouting of the cable- probably close to its limit but not bad
