cooling system on 2020 fat bob
Whats going on guys. Im new to Harley coming off of riding sportbikes the last 15 years. I picked up a 2020 fat bob 114. I keep hearing these bikes are air cooled but I have also read that it is "air and oil cooled" I live in arizona so its always running hot and I worry about over heating. just looking for some clarity on this. thanks

Like this video shows. The heads are oil cooled around the exhaust valves. The Softail models use a different oil cooler than shown on this Touring model. All the heat from the oil cooler, engine, and other surfaces goes into the air, out the exhaust, or is radiated away.
