Just to add to the info...

2019 Sport Glide, bone stock 107, 30k miles. I average 42-44 MPG between light city, some backroads (running hard...full throttle a lot) , and lots of interstate. If only 55 MPH roads, I get 50-52 MPG. Running 80 MPH out on the interstate I usually get 38-40 MPG.

I have a 2018 Fatboy 114 with 5k on it. I have a full Stage 1, and even riding hard on back roads I get about 45 mpg.

You are getting half of what you should.

'19 Fat Boy 108 40 to 55 mpg SE Stage 1
'19 FXDR 114 Stage 1 SE parts, FP3 tuner 40 to 50 mpg

exactly I am getting just half

I am wondering now what the issue is, to be able to guide the dealership, so they don’t have to find excuses. I know it could be many things that causes this, any idea? Where to start?

thanks mates for all the infos ✌🏼👍🏼

Did you monitor your MPG before doing the Stage 1?

Are you using a tune specific to your mufflers and breather?

If not and it's a "generic" tune, have you tried a different tune?

Can you post your current PV map? Maybe we can see something in the settings that is off?

Yes, I did use the “right” one for my setup, s&s mufflers and s&s A/C. Even when the bike was stock I never reached these numbers you guys mentioned

Here’s the actual file of my last autotune I couldn’t upload it here so I made a google drive link :

My 17 107" gets around 37 average and most of it is 55 and under riding, urban commuting.

Edit, has an Eliminator AC and fuel motto slip-ons other wise bone stock.

Nothing too wonky looking at the map- auto tune is adding 18-28 in some areas, no issues there, as they're mostly decel.
How many miles until the lo fuel light comes on ( at that point, you should have about .8 to 1.2 gallons left)?
How much does it take to fill it back up?
