Post Fatboy Front Wheel

Morning folks.

Im considering a change of front wheel for the 114 Fatboy. In this case, im looking to swap the stock for either a 21" or 23" rim and new front fender. Has anyone already done this as a DIY swap out? and are there any pitfalls i needs to consider? Im looking at the 23" DGD replica Fatboy rim with DGD front fender, or a thunder bike 21 inch 3 spoke.

With the extra size, do i need to consider speedo error? or is that the rear wheel?
How would i ensure i get the correct tire profile to keep everything balanced?
Do i need to consider changes to the front forks or brake assembly?
Is it possible to get paint codes for the 115th modes, as im hoping to have the paintwork replicated for the new front (and soon rear)

fender

Im keen to do the wrench work myself, so im hoping for practical advice rather than shop recommendations etc...
Images for reference...
