Default Recommendations to replace digital gauge?

I'm just not a fan of the digital gauge on the Street Bob. Hard to see with dark glasses on, looks cheap, it just doesn't do it for me.

Any suggestions for a new gauge? I'd really like something with an actual needle on it. Open to any ideas.

You can stay digital by going to a larger unit or find a speedo and tach from another bike and wire it to risers or bars. I dont really pay attention to mine anymore(except to check remaining gas mileage) I use my power vision for all my info.. have you looked into getting a power vision ??

I actually do have a PV on preorder, waiting for the 2021 version to be released. How does it work in the sun with sunglasses on? Bright enough?

Bright enough for me with my tinted visor and I keep it in dark mode. You can make the background bright or dark. I never have issues with it. Plus if you only put 4 reading on the screen (I use MPH, tach, gear, and throttle position) its large enough to see easily

Cool thanks, I'll wait until I get the PV and check it out. Does the gear indicator work the same or does it work while holding the clutch? I'm guessing it's the same. A guy can dream.
