Yes...the High Tone / Low Tone two-horn setup is what you want. I've had a similar setup for the last three bikes (one of the first mods I make to a new bike). Great sound and great volume. Really gets attention when needed as it sounds like a car/pickup.

I have this on both my bikes. Twice as loud as a stock HD, low tone (which is nice) and it fits under the stock HD cover.

Denali Sound Bomb mini ($30.00)

I'm guessing you didn't have to take the crash bar off then? I bought one of these for my FLHC but haven't had a chance to install it yet. Was wondering how involved it would be.

No I didn't. This one sits forward of the crash bar. It's 2 torx fasteners and one bolt to remove the old horn and mount. Unplug wires. Remove the horn from the mount on the rear side of mount, then reinstall the mount with the 2 torx screws. Plug the wires into the new horn (they don't care which connector you use on which pin). Finally, install the horn from the front side with the remaining bolt. Like I said - 10 minutes tops.

Excellent, thanks for the breakdown. No excuse not to put it on before my next ride if it's that quick of a job!

Here's mine. Significant difference in sound, sounds like a car. The stock horn is a pathetic road runner sound. It's pretty popular with bikers as an upgrade from what I've seen. It's the Denali Soundbomb Mini. All I had to do was paint the back black (it comes silver) and extend one wire (made a jumper so no cutting). It mounts exactly like the factory on the factory bracket.

Thanks everyone.
I did follow Old Mike's advise and ordered from Amazon.

It will be handy in the future that all these t
applied options are now in one thread. The next rider that needs assistance, can easily study and decide.

Thanks!

I have the same setup and I'm pretty happy with it. A winter project I'm kicking around is to build a bracket to mount both horns that came with the kit, and add a relay. A single horn seems to work ok without a relay, but the amp draw for just 1 horn is twice that of the stock horn.
