Default Passenger backrest kit

Hello! Anybody knowing what is the thread and screw size for the Harley oem screws 94554-97 (triangle bracket for the passenger backrest pad)?

I google searched that part number and multiple links show it as 1/4-20 by 1 1/4" long.
