Added some JES Fangs to my 2019 Heritage Classic. Took some pictures of the fangs close to the forks and away from the forks. Definitely like them mounted close to the forks. I didn't find the pics on the JES website really shows how these fit, so I took few extra pics and a short video. I have plenty of clearance for the engine guard too. Looking forward to that first ride once the weather clears up.

I think you'll like them. I've had them on my last three bikes - including my current 2020 Heritage 114 - and they definitely block much of the air coming up from underneath the tank. They don't completely eliminate it, but they make a difference. The air that still comes up is diverted away from face and upper body, at least in my case.
Also, I took temperature measurements with my Powervision with the fangs both on and off, and there was no noticeable difference.
