I just installed these for my wife. She's been complaining about the heat coming off the cylinder heads, so I thought I'd give these a try. I'm surprised at the quality, and the included fasteners are first rate.
I just bought a set of these, haven't installed them.
I didnt get them for cylinder heat on the rider issues however, I got them just to use the left side one to create an air dam passage on the left side to cool down the rear cylinder more. both sides create a pressure, where as 1 side allows air to pass through.
The ones you got were cheaper than mine. Good find.
She rode a bunch of in town miles running errands in near 100* temps yesterday, and she told me that these shields made a pretty big difference. She happy.
