Default 2020 Low rider troubleshooting

I was wondering if anyone had input on what could be wrong.... I bought a salvaged 2020 FXLRS that showed up with the ground power wire disconnected from the battery. I connected it back up and went to turn the bike on and all the gauges reset to zero, but no other lights came on except the security blinking red light. I was told by the dealer that the gauges are probably broken but they would need them to turn on to reset the security code and program the new proximity FOB. I checked and replaced the four fuses with no luck. So I am out of ideas on troubleshooting, pictures and videos attached

Do you have the FOB? If not you could try and see if the bike would prompt you to enter the pin. Flip the bike to run and immediately hold down the left and right turn signals, it should prompt you to enter the security pin. Even if you don't have the pin it should light up the LCD on the gauge to prompt you. I am not sure how much that would help, but might help rule in/out of the gauges are actually broken.

My 2020 FXLRS does the same thing if I don't have a FOB in the area of the bike.

No FOB and No code. The LCD screen won't even light up to be able to put in a code, so no dashes across.

Did you check condition of the battery?
With a well charged battery, did you pull the mail fuse for a while?

The battery tested good with the ammeter but ill pull it today and take it to auto zone for them to do a more in depth test. Maybe ill just buy a new one and start over. I have detached the battery a couple times hoping it would reset the system.
