preload adjuster
Seeing if anyone else has had this. My preload adjuster on the rear shock doesn't turn, never has. Revelator Alf on YouTube has a video in this and says it's common, Anyone here had this problem?
Not sure if yours is on the side (Fat Bob, Sport Glide, etc) or under the seat (Heritage, Street Bob, etc), but the preload adjuster on my Sport Glide got progressively harder to turn over a couple of years. I finally disassembled the adjuster and greased the faces where the screw presses the hydraulic cylinder. Been good every since.
This was all while using my adjuster several times a year. I imagine if I had stopped using it for a long period it would have been really hard to get going again.

Okay I found a thread on it where you describe the procedure https://www.hdforums.com/forum/2018-...e-fault-2.html
