Hey everyone,

I got the FXDR lower tubes and sliders for the converaion on my 2019 Fatbob. I am curious if the upper (black) outer tubes are different or if they need to be changed for the added length? They have a different part number than the Fatbob and FXLRS. I also got the brake line off the FXDR.

Ill be using a GP cartridge kit set up for this conversion. Everyone that I have seen that has done this either says the forks need to be replaced or just the lowers need to be replaced with FXDR ones so its not quite clear.


Once I figure it out I would be glad to write a in depth article on how to do it. I just need that last piece of the puzzle.
