I have a Sport Glide 107 with slip on and air kit. The idol sounds OK and it has a nice tone on acceleration, but a little to quiet. I know the M8 don't sound as good as a TC. Would a torque cam help the acceleration sound, not interested in Idol sound I can find sound clips all over the place on that. My only concern is acceleration Sounds. If a cam won't give it a bit more of a Harley sound, then I will save money 😊

The M8 with an RS468 is actually incredible sounding. It's a great torque cam, as well.
You would be blown away with that cam, and a proper tune.
You want sound? Here is a youtube video of my 2018 Deluxe with the M8 107, RS468 cam and kit from FuelMoto, Bassani 33" True Dual fishtail exhaust (with baffles) , S&S Stealth Air Cleaner and S&S 55mm intake manifold. Dyno tuned with Power Vision.
you need to watch as many vids as you can, every single exhaust brand and style will change those tones....i run a true dual (older style system) compared to the popular 2 into 1. i think it sounds way better, and that was my goal.
i had a louder version of a slip on, but it was to AIRY sounding if you can imagine that.
Aftermarket cam with either d&d fat cat or thunder header is the best you are going to get. Sound and power. Power meaning the pipe choice. Video exhaust sound checks are not accurate . Woods 22xE and jackpot pipe was the best money I ever spent!
