It will not. ABS use VSS . That is why when you first start out ABS flash a little until It compares front and rear wheel speed.
The 65 will be 7 tenths inch lower that converts to 3.5 tenths lower seat height. Width will be the same.
When bike shows 70 mph it will be 68.1.
But ABS does not care because it just compares the two.
