Powervision has a windows application. You can upload your tune to your computer, tweak it, and then download it to the bike with the phone app. Works well.

Powervision from Fuel Moto. I've had them on two bikes already and about to buy another for my new Lowrider S. They have great customer service and will send you a new tune as needed for mods.
I have had great success with a Thundermax but it isn't cheap.
I agree... gave me the fine tuning that I needed without becoming a race professional. Great stuff on my Nightrain... and eventually from technical support.
I've used all...well except the FP, hands down TTS gives you the most tools and forms of data collection of any device. Much faster data collection than anything else and all the tools to process it. Very user friendly software to boot.
