Ok the switch in my front brake was sticking leaving the tail light on . I fixed that but now I have no running light put a new bulb in still no running light . From what I understand there's no dedicated fuse for it . Any ideas ?

What lights are you running (stock or aftermarket)? How did you damage/fix the brake switch?

Stock lights took the brake lever off and cleaned the the plunger and lubed it . The brake light works perfect now but no running light

Default Bulb

I bought a two pack of bulbs and replaced the one I had first with the other one in the pack and it worked . So I guess the 1st new bulb was bad , see how it goes everything is working now . Oh yeah what was causing the plunger to stick was bug goo . A couple of weeks ago I rode past a big lake in the middle of the night and went through the worst bug "Storm " I've ever been through.

I've got to quit riding on those Damn Oklahoma roads . Last three rides there I've had a huge nail in my tire , blown fork seal and now the brake light problem. Going to stay in Arkansas awhile next trip is to Eureka Springs for Bikes Blues and Barbecue.
