My 2025 bike had 300 miles on it when the transmission main shaft seal leaked. Replaced under warranty, but when I got the bike back the drive belt was tighter than a banjo string. I know on low mile belts they say to run them on the tight side, as they will get looser when they "wear in". I always run my belts on the loose side of the spec, maybe slightly looser than spec because they tighten when they warm up, so I re-adjusted it the way I like it. Anyway, what I'm saying is maybe your belt is too tight? And brand new doesn't always mean it's good. Mechanical things sometimes fail prematurely, but if your same bearings fail 2X something else is wrong.

I checked it myself cause I dont trust the dealer to do it and yeh , it was fine. Not over tight.
Getting to the point where Ill be pushing them to buy the bike back. Supposed to be driving round Europe this summer but no good if I cant trust the bike.
