Clutch Cable Extension vs. New Longer Upper Cable
I swapped out some taller bars on my '18 FLSL. I need an extra 6-7" for my Clutch cable to fit. I saw these adjuster extensions on-line that are available. Can anyone give me any feedback? Am I better off just buying a longer upper clutch cable? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

I had one on my Sport Glide. It worked fine, but was a bit to long. I should have gotten a 4 inch instead of a 6 inch. Anyway, I added 10 in bars and ended up finding a used Street bob upper cable that fit better.

I bought a longer upper clutch line section for my bike when I added 2" to the riser. It replaced the spring adjuster with a traditional locking nut adjuster. I think it cost about the same. got it on Ebay. Chinese thing. It moved the clutch line to be in front the handlebars which makes it harder to open the bag on the windshield. Otherwise, seems ok.
