Being that it comes from the factory with 5” risers, I would think that you shouldn’t need to extend any wiring with 2”-3” pullback risers, but that’s just a guess.

I went up +2" and back +1" on my Heritage. Electrical connections were ok but I wouldn't go more. Brake line I left. I did replace the top of the clutch line because it was tight. Also, ther pull-back positions the clutch line differently. Went from behind the bars (closer to rider), to in front of the bars. Not sure how applicable this is with a Low Rider. Maybe craft some temporary spacer and see how it fits.
