Running out of things to do to the bike. Here's the very next cheapest:

Wire covers by Pep Boys, $7.50
1928 Buffalo Nickel by Unca Sammy, $.35

Took a lot of grinding then filing to get it down to a .076" circle,
the inside of the choke lip.

Thanks for the positive feedback guys. I really appreciate it.

What started as a little help and assistance to mud, ended up in an image preview index projet.....

Completed the index and added preview image links.

If you find any irregularity.........please let me know and I'll fix it!

Once on, you can rub them with a cloth rag to conform to the shape of what ever you put them onto.

The aluminum ducting tape has the manufactures print on it that comes off easily with WD-40, you can also polish it.

That is GREAT!

Ha! I recall dirt bikers doing that riding in the snow, playing soccer on bikes. They were having a blast!

.....camb00ga...
.
.

.
.
Use your original cover to trace the perimeter onto a piece of quarter inch acrylic.

Use your mitre saw to cut in close to your line..........
.
.

.
.
Next move is to the sander. Make it round.

I have an old mouse pad on the table so I don't scratch the acrylic.

I will also put a small chamfer on the outside edge.........
.
.

.
.
Using the old cover, the bolt holes are marked,

Then bored and countersunk...........
.
.

.
.
Now screw the little b00ga in place and take her for a ride.
