Only thing I would suggest other than what AAWAV and Gannicus have suggested to you is go to vtwin-audio for the rainshield. A little more pricey but you won't have to worry about it flying off and it seals the opening in the fairing very well.

+1 on the Vtwin rainshield. You may also want to look into either the Vtwin-audio or Hawg Wired H.U. mounts. Both are solid pieces with nice fit and finish.
