Really happy to see this, may have to sell my 6.5 boom box and just get what I really want, although I. Still considering the mini iPad option and using an optical interface into a 6 to 8 since I really just do iTunes and pandora.

could not find any price on the web... guestimate 150-200 ish, as it had the digital screen as well... perhaps even more... you also will need additional parts (ASWC-1, antenna adapter, ...)

at least vendors (BT has a "adapter" as well) are coming up with solutions...
which is a good thing...

I thought I saw the kit was $299...and yes, you still need additional parts

Edit: Kit is $275 shipped and comes with the bar control module and antenna adapter (as per Garage Bagger Stereo)

nice kit and thanks for sharing HD_Doobie. I really don't see the need or any useful purpose for the screen unless it does more than display EITMS status, Oil Pressure, and shut off the security light for aftermarket installs. Now what would REALLY be cool is if they sold that kit with a blank bottom and it's large enough to house the PV.
